I've removed the other 24vdc connectors, then it asks for imaging units. Since other 24vdc lines are working I removed individual pins PJ005-1, PJ005-3, PJ005-5, PJ005-9, PJ005-10, one at a time to see if I could remove a short, no change. I unplugged PJ005 to see if 24vdc returned (possible short?), no change. Every model of copier, printer or digital press, all the color or black and white ranges of the different manufacturers, all the brands (Canon, Konica Minolta, Ricoh, Xerox.) is in our database, and so are all the related software solutions. This couldn't come down to an open interlock could it? I've checked the front doors, three on the right side, paper deck right door. DataMaster is the printing solutions market specialist.
